Which replacement cell do I need?
The REME HALO® (REME-H / REME-H-T) uses the PHIC-RH cell. The HALO-LED® (REME-LED / REME-LED-AS) uses the PHIC-REME-LED cell. Check the part number on your current cell before ordering.
How often should I replace the cell?
About every 2 years (18,000–25,000 hours) for the REME HALO® cell, and about every 4.5 years for the HALO-LED® cell. A cell can keep glowing while its output has weakened.
Can I install it myself?
These units connect to your HVAC system's 24 V power. We recommend installation by a licensed HVAC contractor.
