What is covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- Units and replacement cells that fail to power on or operate as described
What is not covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, wiring errors or incorrect voltage
- Physical damage, misuse, or modifications to the product
- Normal end-of-life of replacement cells after their recommended service life
How to make a claim
Contact us through our contact page with your order number, a short description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the unit. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including a replacement when the claim is approved.
We recommend installation by a licensed HVAC contractor.
