Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your package leaves our stock, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link from the carrier.
Find your tracking link
- Check your email for the message titled "Your order is on the way". The tracking number is a link, tap it to see where your package is.
- Sign in to your account at countermansupply.com/account with the email you used at checkout. You'll get a one-time code, no password needed, and you can see every order and its status.
Can't find it?
Look in your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing, or the tracking hasn't moved in a few days? Email support@countermansupply.com with your order number and we'll check with the carrier for you.
